Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made through our online booking system no later than 48 hours in advance. An online account is required to manage your reservations with ease. Appointments missed without adequate notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.
